This Christian doctrine emphasizes that God Exists as three different entities but in essence is just one God, meaning that God the Son and God the Holy Spirit are the same as God The Father. Meaning that God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are omnipotent, eternal and infinitely wise.
The word Trinity means the number three, a triad. This canon is derived from Biblical theology from the New Testament. It evolved in its present form by the end of the 4th century, because of differences in opinions regarding propriety in the application of God and Christ terms such as “person” “nature” “essence and substance.
Some Christians theorize that the Holy Trinity embodies” polytheism” or believing in more than one God which negates the concept of one God. However, staunch Christians argue that this Trinity is not polytheistic and that is part of God’s mystery that he is presented as three discrete persons in one unified God.

The concept of the Trinity was born because of the inability of Christians to understand certain verses and also the meaning of some words in the Bible. Christianity teaches that God has no physical presence, is limitless and not subject to time.
