Abstract
Throughout this research paper this author shall be addressing several major components including the interrelationship of monetary policy and trade policy. The second major issue that this author should like to address has to do with changes in the current US Immigration policy and how it might affect the US economy with respect to social issues, as shall be delineated and expounded upon subsequently. Finally, this author has reserved sufficient space for the purpose of identifying the genesis of G-8 as well as its initial agenda(s), and evolution with emphasis on the 1990s – present. For discussion purposes, this author has identified the most sources for the benefit of this discussion, as monetary policy and trade policy continue to assume new dimensions, especially within this global economy. Some have been calling for changes at the IMF (International Monetary Fund), and viable international institutions reflect the historical necessities of a particular period, and the strength of any institution lies in its ability to adapt and save changing economic and political forces. The International Monetary Fund (IMF or Fund) serves the dynamic economic forces that shape the second half of the Twentieth Century well, but now, with a new set of sources in play, it is time for the IMF to adapt to present needs rather than the older ones.

Monetary policy essential refers to efforts to fight inflation or otherwise control or stimulate the economy by controlling the availability of spending money to companies and consumers. When combined with trade policy, the two rather emerge with a unique understanding or destinational policy. A national trading policy may be essentially defined as a government’s policy controlling foreign trade.
