Introduction
This research-oriented paper will take a look in the details of Oregon politics and its legislation. Researches have shown that during the early years women were not given equal status as the status of the men. Women were restricted to do certain activities and they were mainly used for the assigned tasks, the male members of the society simply made them their servants and they were used to serve them at any cost and at every time. The capabilities, strength and the dynamic abilities of the women as a leader were not recognized by the society and thus the suppression of the women continued for many years.
If we take a look in the history we can evaluate that during the early years the treatment of men towards the women was totally unacceptable. The men did not consider the women as human beings but they used them as their servants. They simply proved that men are always superior to the women and therefore, the women should be suppressed by men. Infact they were of the opinion that men are more intelligent and powerful than the women so they believed in the ultimate right to crush the individuality of women.................
