I. Introduction
The basic need of nation is education and it is also regarded as the modern day requirements of success and prosperity of a nation and the success or failure of a nation depends on how educated the people of a nation are? Knowledge is something that the parents cannot transfer from their mind into the minds of children but there should be certain medium through which knowledge can passed on to the children in an effective manner. Education changes the perspectives, believes, priorities and concepts of a man because it transforms the thought of an individual from a narrow vision to a broader vision of the world. By gaining education a man can identify the purpose of his life on earth and can simultaneously derive ways, methodologies and strategies to fulfill that particular purpose. There is a major difference between a man whose education and the one who is not. An educated man knows the etiquettes and the manners of life whereas the other one makes his own beliefs, traditions and customs and work on this self generated beliefs till the end of their lives. “With great fanfare about historic turning points and fervent promises to America's children, in January 2002 President Bush signed into law the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act, the latest reauthorization of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA).” (Mathis). The No Child Left Behind Act is one of the most realistic laws with regard to educational system.
According to this law the government authorities are of the view that no child should be left behind in gaining education because literate individuals are the power of nation and they can simultaneously provide multiple benefits to the nation on the whole. The government has passed this act just to ensure that the quality of education is improved and the children can know the basics of living a trained and an organized lifestyle........................
