When we think of any economically sound nation, we find that amongst the list of success factors, there is a huge contribution made by corporate sector providing tangible (products) and intangible (services) in various industries of that nation. This is true and applicable on all nations surviving on earth. That’s why immense attention is given to the problems of corporate and every possible step is taken to give them relief.
