Business organization is playing an increasingly important role in modern healthcare. Even the most sophisticated medical devices are only half useful if users do not have the means to record, process and analyze the information they provide to support hospital decisions on care processes and financial management.
We should work close together today as well. We are much more then a hospital. All the staff should work as close relatives that is a key to success. Leadership and team building are among the organization’s most powerful tools for achieving “objectives and increasing profitability” (Birnhack, 1994). It requires a greater confidence and effectiveness as leaders to take the hospital into the new era. Also help the staff to recognize the importance of the leadership style. It is very important to motivate people, analyze tea dynamics and team roles.
