According to proper researches and statistical data available, studies have concluded that boys and girls do have profound variances during reading text and solving mathematics. This is mainly due to biological differences, deriving from genetical differences. This is not something new as it has existed since the inception of man on earth. Even when development did not take place girls were expected to gather objects, while the boys hunted. It is the difference between the traits possessed by both the genders. Basically according to observations girls are considered to be extremely tactful with visual cues and so are good with reading.
