University is an institution of higher education that offers programs beyond the high school and college level. Universities provide necessary training for individuals wishing to enter professional careers. They also strive to develop students’ creativity, insight, and analytical skills. By acquainting students with complex ideas in an intellectually stimulating environment, universities can provide unique opportunities for personal enrichment while also preparing students for future careers.
A university is an institution of learning, culture and research in which a student may acquire the academic degrees of higher education. Some universities provide also professionally oriented diploma-study programs, which do not lead to an academic degree.
