Teachers are always considered to be the foundations of a society that is built through education. They are trained for two to three years when they are moved to the schools. From here onwards the role of teachers is also commences along with parents and with regards to the training of the children. This role of teachers continues till the children complete the learning of education through training institutions at any stage of their life. Thus the teachers have much influence on developing the personality of the children. The teachers can leave high standards of traits in their students only when they themselves are an extreme example of the personal traits and in particular the morality part of the traits.
