Over the past few years, the Interactive resources have captured much awareness of educators around the world. It is claimed that these Instructional technological resources can break physical barriers of classrooms to create a "wall-less" learning community. It is also assumed that traditional lectures can be easily converted to Internet-based instruction.
Therefore, many educators eagerly develop teaching materials and activities for the use on the Internet. In addition, many online institutes have been set up and have been widely advertised. Some of the institutes even boldly claim that all learning materials are accessible via the Internet and that most of the instructional activities can be accomplished online. Although there is some credit to the above claims, especially in the area of Computer-Mediated Communication (CMC). There is promising indication that the Web is a viable way to increase access to education. Evidence on how it can promote learning is not as forthcoming. A stronger research focuses on aspects of learning and teaching as influenced by the use of the WWW ...". More recently much of the application of the Internet in education is not the result of research. Despite the fact that more researchers are suggesting a complementary relationship between Internet-based and face-to-face instruction rather than replacing one with the other, some educators are still anxiously putting up teaching materials and activities for exclusive use on the Internet.
