A day care centre according to the hierarchical set up is centralized as the authority remains in the hands of the supervisory board and often the workers at the work place feel ignored or unrecognized for their efforts made towards the functioning of the organization. Often this has led to potential conflicts and misunderstandings. Therefore in order to create a healthy class room environment it is necessary to implement the organizational strategies which comprises mainly of a team approach to planning and decision making, mechanisms for coordination of intervention strategies, the supervisors of the centralized system support the personal; needs of professionals working there, and plus must help and support them while working in this particular class room situation.
There would be different people of different cultures and values together at the day care centre and thus it becomes the responsibility of the staff there to maintain a balanced environment in such a manner that no discrimination takes place. This is the objective of a day care centre to bring all people from different walks of life on one platform, and make them feel as one. As conflicts can take place in the organizational structure there must a communication process design which would meet up the requirements of the teaching staff as they are very important people for these centres. They must be able to communicate with the top level management as to discuss their problems and complaints regarding the workplace.
Usually problems arise when a few teachers may be working together at the same place which may lead to a barrier in the communication phases. The current Daycare structure is comprised of the Director, a Supervisor, 4 full time staff, 4 part time staff and several casual employees. Thus when a sub ordinate is unable to communicate with the supervisors a problem situation may then arise.....
