Essay on Face TO Face Encounter
Face is a very essential part of human body. It is the area that is first viewed and comes into contact when you meet somebody and is considered as a channel of instant and nonverbal communication as it quickly shows and reveals your inner emotions and feelings. Although there are countless behaviors and expressions one could put on a person’s face but a few common ones are Smile, frown, angry, sad, disappointed etc.
Just like the human body, our face is also composed of various parts and it is the movement of these parts that play an important role in the nonverbal communication. The Lip movement, Nose Movement, Cheeks movement, Eye brows movement, Forehead movement, Eye lids movement, mouth movement and the Management and decoration of face with the help of other body parts play an active role in all these unspoken communications that occur through the face. This clearly explains that the expression of a single emotion involves the movement of various areas of the face and the main aim of connecting any part of the face with an emotion in the utterances of ordinary language is to aid communication.
