The 'physiological' needs --The needs, these have always been considered as the most basic point for any motivation theory. Motivation is spoken as a synonym to physiological drives. However, a motivation, human or otherwise, is basically a hypothetical idea, which explains that every action and thought has an underlying reason or cause to it. It is a reason or a logical process assigned as an explanation to a certain behavioral action of human. By using motivational theory to describe a human behavior the user assumes that there is some motive or an underlying drive that impels the person to emit the behavior.

Contrarily, to the growing importance of psychology in the contemporary disciplines, traditional psychology, does not addresses this aspect a lot. Therefore, it can be stated that psychology does not presumes the existence of a motive or a force in the humans that impels the humans to act in certain manners.

Traditional psychology, ironically, has in a few places addressed the phenomenon of motivation. In formulating hypothesis or explaining certain behavior about motivation, psychologists have used the concept of drive as oppose to motive. Moreover, stimulus is also used in many theories of psychology is used more than the term drive or motive. A stimulus is an external element whereas a drive or motive is an internal element of human psychology. In traditional psychology, when hypothesizing about human behavior almost all psychologist use stimulus to describe the cause of a certain human behavior

Many psychologist for some time, have hypothesized that the stimulus for a behavior is the sensation of some physical object in the environment. It means that human behavior is caused by an external sensory arousal.

The concept of a stimulus is very different from the concept of motive. As mentioned before, a stimulus exists in the external environment whereas a motive is assumed to be an internal element of human.....................
