Introduction
Relationship between emotion and health is turning out to be more exciting, and more important, than most of us could have imagined. Viewed through 21st-century science, anxiety, isolation and hopelessness are not just feelings. Neither are love, serenity and confidence. All are physiological states that affect our health just as clearly as obesity or physical fitness. And the brain, as the source of such states, offers a potential gateway to countless other tissues and organs from the heart and blood vessels to the gut and the immune system. How emotions effects on Health?
A fine approach to observe emotions is to perceive them as E motions that are energy in motion. Human bodies are made up of molecules, which consist of atoms. Atoms consist of protons, neutrons and electrons and they every one of rotate around each other. Similarly, we may observe solid but in fact our bodies are just like all matter and that is, we are energy moving at different rates consequential in densities that is called solid. And as we are not really solid, the molecular essence of our bodies is in fact quite vulnerable to thought and emotions.
As the emotions of anyone flows freely, that is, allowed to be felt and expressed with out resistance, which generally takes the type of negative result, then it raises the vibratory rate inside the cells of our bodies and the life force is higher. Life force is essentially a quantifiable thing. Medical science researchers have done studies on food that was cooked in different ways that are flame, electric stove and microwave. The food was hooked up to a meter that measured the vibratory rate.......................
