In this fast pace life where there is immense competition in job market, there is no doubt that accident during job results in extreme stress to employee. Normally recovery process itself very demanding when a person have stress in mind related to job is unquestionable.
The person who gets injured suffering through job strain, which most often is seen in work that is high in demand and low in control. Secondly effort reward imbalance, where people put a lot of effort into their jobs, but perceives that they don't get an adequate amount of rewards. Third, negative social support from your supervisor and co-workers can make job strain conditions worse.
Stress claims are a growing problem in business and industry. A two-fold strategy is recommended: reducing workplace stress and protecting against litigation.

One study reported that a company spent $3,400 annually for one employee with anxiety headaches, which included the loss of productivity, doctor visits, and negative effects on coworkers (Manning & Curtis, 1988).
Psychological disorders are not always readily identifiable, but symptoms include anxiety, depression, job dissatisfaction, maladaptive behavioral patterns, chemical dependencies, and alcohol abuse. Psychological disorders have been recognized as one of the 10 leading work-related diseases in the country today by The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) (Millar, 1990)...........................
