Addiction is the problem that is recognized and acknowledge by many theories and symptoms. Some say that it is due to social problems, some attribute it to psychological illness, some say that it is an innate drive, etc.

Discussion
When a person is addiction he or she has some sort of an irrepressible drive or compulsion do the act again and again irrespective of the harmful consequences that he or she may face. Hence, addiction is a “continued use of mood-altering chemicals despite an identified medical or social contraindication” (Mersy, 2003). There are varied forms of drugs and there are numerous behaviors that result in actions or behavioral consequences that we may term as addition and name ther person categorizes withdrawl from public and social sphere without any apparent cause. These substances lead towards the dependency risk with the increase in use and carving for more. However, in medical terms the carving, or addiction or the dependence is of two forms, one is the physical and the other is the psychological. Physical addiction means that the body becomes dependent on the substance and may result in the symptoms of physical withdrawl without the presence of any known cause that leads to the withdrawl. On the other hand, the dependence of psychological kind is related to the addiction of mind that results in the psychological withdrawl and may be the effect of any emotionally rewarding behavior in people who have dysfunctionalities of psychological kind. Nevertheless, addiction of substance may take both the form and may result for either.

An addicted person shows symptoms similar to other people who are addicted to drugs or alcohol. The first symptom is the compulsiveness of behavior that is when a person loses control of his or her actions, as is evident from the definition of addiction......
