Signs and Symptoms
The symptoms of this disease are quite visible and the patient can be diagnosed trough the physical examinations beside the pathological tests. The most general symptoms include insomnia tetchiness, weight loss without dieting and ea sensitivity. The perspiration increases, muscular weakness starts, eyes change and the menses flow is reduced. The heartbeat becomes faster and tremor in hands is felt. This disease is linked with inflammation of eyes, and swelling of tissues around the eyes. Some times protrusion of the eyes is also felt [What Is Graves Disease].
The patients of the graves disease are some times also have the reddish thickening of the skin in front of the shins called pretibial myxedema. The symptoms emerge slowly or very fast. The doctors also advise a blood test to count the amount of hormones and find the probability of the disease.
