These nutrients help in the development of human beings. Fat keeps the skin healthy and it also maintains the temperature of the body. Protein is every important for us as it provides us amino acids and nitrogen which is necessary for human beings. Similarly vitamins help in maintaining normal metabolism in human body. Human body needs a large amount of minerals. With the help of food human body can obtain many kinds of minerals for example calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium etc. Minerals are needed in order to maintain physical health. Ultimately we can say that food is really very important for human beings as it has main affect on the body.
