AIDS is a global issue that has affected a large number of people around the world. The AIDS was not previously heard in the USA prior to 1981. The disease has now spread to every area of the USA and to all segments of society. Why this disease is spreading so fast and what measures are to be taken to control the same. In 1981 only 100 cases were detected and 30 died of the disease and by the year 2004 some 42,514 were infected and 15,798 died [1]. This huge figure is disturbing and more so because major part of the loss includes all facets of the society. Males, women, children and newly born babies are all getting affected. Some more than one million people are living with HIV in the USA and more than half a million have died after falling victim to AIDS. Statistics indicate that 6000 people are getting infected every day through out the world [2]

AIDS has many ethical aspects as well particularly the children and the rape victims who get the disease for no fault of them. There is a need to have a detailed research regarding this issue and measures must be taken to deal such cases with justice. AIDS is and will always remain part of children’s lives in societies that have sex as a permissible act for children when children are given sex education in young age they tend to experiment the sex and ultimately fall in to non returnable pleasure. With passage of time the children become mature they are already addicted to sex. No amount of education leaves any impact on the pleasure they find in open sex. No partner declares the disease and finally it spreads like an epidemic. Thousands of youngsters have already been infected through unsafe drug and sexual activities....................
