“What is an environment?” and “What are the morally relevant aspects of environments?”  These questions imply the overall goals of environmental management: prevention of, cure for, and care about environmental problems.  Understanding the history and current conditions of the environment, assessing whether there is any environmental degradation and diagnosing its cause, and developing plan outlining the reasonable moral options for restoration and sustainability, are all issues that inform ethical deliberation about environmental problems.  Environmental ethics requires we learn to identify the ethically relevant features of the situation and clarify goals for restoration and management in order to suggest a number of ethically reasonable options. The purpose of the current work is to provide the skills and training necessary to develop your own practice as an environmental ethicist (Tinker, 1980).

As being the all in all of the company I’ll be considering many aspects and will see ethical issues in dumping wastes into a holding pond at company site. I’ll make sure that either party does not breach the code of conduct and laws regarding dumping specially. I’ll be following various practices because I know that Toxic waste products are generally trafficked and dumped in developing countries or areas inhabited by the poor, the disinherited or people who suffer from discrimination. The trafficking is carried out by means of fraudulent policies and is accompanied by violations of a number of rights guaranteed by international human rights instruments and I would not want to be a part of such practices (Tinker, 1980).

Toxic waste is defined as any waste that is hazardous to human health or to our natural environment. According to the Institute of Chemical Waste Management, about 15% of our garbage is classified as toxic, and only 85% (approximately) of that is disposed of properly. The rest is either
