INTRODUCTION
Working relationships are a necessary part of life and the functioning of an organization. The quality of these relationships can be measured by the quality of communication that takes place. One of the more important relationships that exist within an organization is the interpersonal relationship. These are the most intimate relationships that we have with other people in the workplace. In a true interpersonal relationship, no one feels excluded. It should comprise a mutual exchange of information, ideas and knowledge. The members of the relationship have a sense of belonging and generally participate in some type of social interaction.

Organizational cultures take precedence over national cultures to organization culture as important for shaping a common strategic mindset. Compensation and reward systems are designed to help create and motivate a workforce with the values and capabilities necessary to achieve an organization’s unique goals and objectives rather than being designed to meet the national values exhibited by a work force.

Fair treatment is all most employees ask of their employers. Showing both family and non-family employees what is fair and having open lanes of communication allow for a healthy exchange of what constitutes equitable treatment. Effective communication between management and employees on important issues like compensation and firm strategy need to take place to maintain a motivated and enthusiastic workforce.

In everyday life, motivation and learning are connected like music and dancing. Many educators realize this and work hard to improve their students' motivation.
