Introduction
There are various environment policy issues, which are discussed by the worlds famous and leading environment protection organizations but the issue that I think is the most prevalent among all is that of the grizzly bears.
Protecting Grizzly bears

The Yellowstone grizzly bear is an irreplaceable part of America's natural heritage, a symbol of the independence that defines the American character and an icon of all that is wild and free. Since it was first listed as threatened under the Endangered Species Act in 1975, the grizzly bear has made a strong recovery, but there is still more work to do. (Sierra Club)
Various policy and measures
According to the National resources council “To ensure the recovery of grizzly bears in the lower 48, the current population must increase to two or three times its current size, according to wildlife biologists. NRDC and several partner groups helped save one of the last five populations of grizzlies in the lower 48 in March 2005 when they blocked a massive copper and silver mine that would have poisoned the clear rivers and streams of Montana's Cabinet Mountains Wilderness.” (NRDC)
Lets see now how another famous organization, which is specifically working for the benefit of grizzly bear, plans to take the project (ESGBP) of protecting the life of these bears.
According to them “The challenges are particularly acute in this region. In the CRE, grizzly bears occur at low densities. Their home ranges are large. Females have relatively few young in their lifetimes. This combination of biological characteristics means that grizzly bears have little "demographic resilience" the ability to maintain populations in the face of habitat loss and increased human-caused mortality. Careful management based on sound science is required to stem habitat loss and population decline. The overall purpose of the ESGBP........
