Puerto Rico is an autonomous unincorporated prearranged region of the United States placed in the northeastern Caribbean. Its representative name is Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico or The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico, the nominal of the Greater Antilles, is situated to the east of the Dominican Republic and to the northwest of the Lesser Antilles.
