This part of the study has defined various characteristics of the knowledge workers and these characteristics are the strong points of knowledge workers and these are also the factors, which help in every step of the knowledge workers and motivate them towards their targeted goal. The definition of knowledge management defines that “Knowledge management is the name of a concept in which an enterprise consciously and comprehensively gathers, organizes, shares, and analyzes its knowledge in terms of resources, documents, and people skills.” (Knowledge Management).
The concept of knowledge management is essential to be understood because the organizations have realized the importance of the techniques, which are used by knowledge managers. The organizations, which have adopted the techniques of knowledge management, have gained success as compared to those organizations, which have not yet introduced the dynamic techniques of knowledge management.
The firms who have already adopted the Knowledge Management and its techniques should also try to convince the other organization so that they can also adopt these techniques to meet the requirements of their customers and to improve their quality of services. The firms should introduce to the world that the implementations of the knowledge management and its technologies have made them independent to meet the demands of their customer.
