Women play a pivotal role in the building up of an organization these days, as they occupy a large section of the employees’ managerial hierarchy. However this is an uncommon feature of the past. There must be a balanced working environment, comprising of an equal number of men and women working together. This is because women have proven themselves as successful leaders, entrepreneurs and dealers over the span of time, and are thus identified for their distinguishable qualities.
Females were not considered as technically intelligent. But this claim has been proven wrong since their entrance in the world of business has left a remarkable impression. Their abilities are therefore applied at the right departments of a business organization and the best is made out of it. Female professionals are also said to be extroverts due to their extra-ordinary attribute of being effective communicators. Hence the jobs assigned to them involving more interaction definitely bring about positive results.
